A cinematic arrival to your ceremony comes via a luxury catamaran. The Pepper Bay II carries you and your guests through the gorgeous waterways of the Channel and the River Derwent. The journey from Brooke Street Pier in Hobart to the hotel takes one hour, and staff can serve beverages to your guests on the journey.
There are three catering packages available: Cocktail, Shared, and Formal. Each item on the menu is lovingly prepared by head chef Toby Annear, who emphasises seasonal produce from the restaurant kitchen and local area and innovative flavours. All meats are cured in-house, and bread and pastries are freshly baked onsite.
