Originally Joel and his brother established a thriving catering and events business in the Philippines. In a big move, Joel then brought his talents and experience to Sydney in 2008. In 2021, Ben and Joel joined together and launched BNJ Events and Decorations, based in Lancefield, Melbourne. They specialize in decorations for all occasions.
