The beauty of getting married in Australia is that you have so much choice. You can choose whether you marry in a religious ceremony in church, a registry office or courthouse, or in the location of your choice with a civil celebrant.
That choice also extends to how long your ceremony is (or isn’t, if that is your wish), how you involve others in your wedding, and the rituals and readings that you may wish to incorporate (or not).
There are many traditions in Australian weddings that aren’t actually legal requirements – did you know? I can tell you all about them.
If you choose me as your celebrant for your special day, I’ll work with you to create the ceremony you want to have. That’s the beauty of a bespoke (custom-created) ceremony. It’s all about choice. As long as the legal requirements are included, you can marry in any way that you wish.
